The most important people at DYNASCAN are our customers.  We try at all times to treat every customer the way we would expect to be treated.  We will always be friendly, courteous and above all, honest.  Our #1 goal is your complete satisfaction with our products and service.  If you are unhappy or if a mistake occurs, we will acknowledge the problem and do all we can to correct it. You may try any item for 30 days without risk.  If you're not happy, FOR ANY REASON, return the item for a prompt refund.  Please see the returns section for details.

CREDIT CARDS:  Online orders may be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We reserve the right to restrict shipments to the credit card billing address.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE:  We accept company check payment with order.  Once the check is certified, or clears, your order can be shipped.

OPEN ACCOUNT:  We can offer purchases by purchase order on open account to established companies. OPEN ACCOUNT customers must provide 3 trade references and one bank reference.  If you have one, a DUNS number will greatly speed up the process.  You may submit these items for consideration WITH YOUR ORDER via fax to (972) 527-8314.  Providing references DOES NOT guarantee that an open account will be granted.  Open account purchase orders must be mailed or faxed to DYNASCAN.

WIRE TRANSFER:  This is the only payment method accepted for orders with billing addresses outside the United States.  If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please contact us for the transfer information.

SHIPPING - FREE GROUND SHIPPING (except labels and ribbons)

Most orders ship within 24 hours with the majority shipping the same day.  Occasional backorders may exist and customers will be notified immediately if there is any delay in shipping an order.  Ship charges for label media are calculated using UPS or Federal Express DISCOUNT rates.  We may elect to ship by the same method using an alternate carrier, but your shipping charges will not change.  


All products provided by DYNASCAN carry the full manufacturer's warranty, which vary by manufacturer and product.  If there is any question concerning specific item warranties, we urge you to ask us via e-mail or phone.  We will provide an answer within 24 hours, usually sooner.  To send an email, click HERE


We expect to provide the finest service available anywhere.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 972-571-3369 within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization number.  All returns must have an RMA number.  Returns must be in the original packaging and "like new" condition or they are subject to a restocking and/or packaging fee.  For exchange of defective items, we will promptly replace the item with NO costs to the customer.  For returns without an exchange we will refund the item cost less any restocking and credit card fees and expedited shipping costs.  After 30 days, items are no longer returnable, however, defective items are still serviceable under the manufacturer's warranty.  We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect or on non-stock items which are custom manufactured to order.
